Notes on handling

1. 办理美国民事认证的文书，需要先经过公证处的公证（商业文件需要贸促会先认证）；

1. The documents to proceed with civil authentication of the US shall be notarized by the notarization office first (commercial documents shall be notarized first by the trade promotion association);

2. 我单位不是外交部下属的认证办理机构，仅为不方便前往北京亲自递交、急于办理认证的人提供美国认证办理服务；

2. We are not an authentication handling institution affiliated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and we only provide service for proceeding the authentication of the US for those who are inconvenient to go to Beijing in person to submit and are in an urgent need to proceed with the authentication;

3. 华译网翻译公司认证费用随汇率变化等原因时有调整，以使馆实际收费为准，我方仅收取服务费，具体费用请咨询客服
