申办公证需具备的证明材料：

1、公证申请人身份证件

card of the notarization applicant
☆现住国内自然人提供：（1）身份证；（2）户口簿

register.
☆现住境外自然人提供：（1）护照（有效签证勿漏）或台胞证或港澳身份证和通行证或其他境外居住证件；（2）原户口簿或国内注销户口证明

natural person now living overseas shall provide: (1) Passport (a valid visa is
required) or a travel pass for Taiwan resident to enter and leave Chinese
mainland or Hong Kong and Macau resident ID card and pass or other foreign
resident certificates; (2) Original household register or domestic evidence for
cancellation of household registration.
2、结婚公证：《结婚证》、男女双方照片

☆民政局登记的《离婚证》和离婚协议书或
☆Divorce
certificate and divorce agreement registered at the bureau of civil affairs or

paper of civil judgment issued by the court
4、未婚公证：未婚证明/无婚姻状况证明

of singlehood: singlehood certificate/no-marital-status certificate
5、未再婚公证：除上述3外，还需提供未再婚证明

of no remarriage: Other than the materials specified in 3, a certificate of no
remarriage shall be provided.
6、照片：结婚公证所需张数依所需要公证份数+1张提供，为同底版两寸证件照片

N+1 two-inch identification photos with the same background shall be provided
for notarization of marriage, here N refers to the number of copies of
notarization needed.
7、如非本人办理，还应提供：委托书和代理人的身份证件

not handled by the applicant himself/herself, a power of attorney and the ID
card of the proxy shall also be provided.
