工作经历公证Notarization of working experience

1、公证申请人身份证件

1. ID card of the notarization applicant

☆国内自然人提供：（1）身份证；（2）户口簿

☆A natural person now living at home shall provide: (1) ID card; (2) Household register.

☆境外自然人提供：（1）护照全本或台胞证或港澳身份证和通行证或其他境外居住证件；（2）国内注销户口证明

☆A natural person living overseas shall provide: (1) A complete copy of passport or a travel pass for Taiwan resident to enter and leave Chinese mainland or Hong Kong and Macau resident ID card and pass or other foreign resident certificates; (2) Domestic evidence for cancellation of household registration

3、劳动合同、劳动手册等能证明劳动关系的证明

3. Certificates that can prove labor relationship such as labor contract and labor handbook

4、专业技术职务资格证书

4. Professional and technical qualification certificates

5、照片：所需张数依所需要公证份数+1张提供，为同底版两寸证件照片

5. Photos: N+1 two-inch identification photos with the same background shall be provided for notarization, here N refers to the number of copies of notarization needed.

6、如非本人办理，还应提供：委托书和代理人的身份证件

6. If not handled by the applicant himself/herself, a power of attorney and the ID card of the proxy shall also be provided.
