无犯罪记录公证 Notarization of good conduct in Beijing, Shanghai China

无犯罪记录公证是指公证机构根据当事人的申请，依法对其在中华人民共和国居住期间未受刑事处分的事实予以证明的活动。

Notarization of good conduct refers to the activity in which a notarization office proves the fact that the applicant has not received any criminal punishment during his/her residence in the People's Republic of China according to the laws.

1、申请人的有效身份证件。

1. A valid ID card of the applicant.

2、申请人的《居民户口簿》，集体户籍的申请人提供《常住人口登记卡》本人页原件及经过户籍所在单位盖章的首页复印件。

2. The household register of the applicant, and in the case of an institutional household, the applicant shall provide an original copy of his/her page of Register Card for Permanent Resident and a photocopy of the first page of the institutional register attached with a seal.

3、如需委托他人代办，提供受托人的身份证件，手写委托书（写明因何原因委托谁办理何种公证，本人签名，原件或传真件均可）。

If the applicant needs to entrust to proceed with the notarization for him/her, the applicant shall provide the ID card of the entrustee, a hand-written power of attorney (indicating for what reason, who is entrusted to proceed with what kind of notarization, signed by the applicant, an original copy or a fax can be accepted).

4、无犯罪记录证明信。①北京户籍申请人，由户籍地派出所或档案存放单位出具。②非京籍申请人，由户籍地派出所及在北京的工作单位的人事部门分别出具。同时还需提供在北京一年以上且在有效期内的暂住证或北京市工作居住证。③港澳台地区申请人，由北京市公安局出入境管理大队或居住地派出所出具，同时提供证明期间内的北京居留证。④外籍申请人，由北京市公安局出入境管理大队出具，同时提供证明期间内的北京签证。

4. Evidentiary letter of good conduct. ①For an applicant with a registered residence in Beijing, it will be issued by the local police station of the place of household registration or the archive unit. ②For an applicant without a registered residence in Beijing, it will be issued respectively by the local police station of the place of household registration and the HR department of the applicant's working unit in Beijing. Meanwhile, the applicant shall also provide a valid temporary residence permit proving residence in Beijing for over a year or a work residence permit of Beijing. ③For an applicant from Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan regions, it will be issued by the entry and exit control brigade of the public security bureau of Beijing or local police station of the place of residence and a residence permit of Beijing during the certification period shall also be provided. ④For a foreign applicant, it will be issued by the entry and exit control brigade of the public security bureau of Beijing or local police station of the place of residence, and a residence permit of Beijing during the certification period shall be provided.

5、使用地为哥伦比亚的公证书，需要提供申请人近期二寸彩色证件照（背景不限）n+1张（n代表您所需的公证书份数）。

5. For a notarization to be used in Columbia, n+1 recent 2-inch colored identification photos (background unlimited) of the applicant (n represents the number of copies of notarization you need).

6、如果您所提供的证据材料不严谨、不完整，不能准确证明所办公证事项时，请根据公证员要求补充证明材料。

6. If the evidentiary materials you provide are not rigorous and complete, and cannot correctly prove the notarized issues, please supplement the evidentiary materials based on the requirements of the notary staff.

特别提示：有的国家要求提供无犯罪记录公证书的同时，还要求当事人提交无犯罪记录证明原件，此类情况应请派出所开具两份原件，公证机构必须留存一份原件。

Special reminder: Some countries not only require a notarization of good conduct, but also require the person involved to provide an original copy of the certificate of good conduct. Under this circumstance, two original copies shall be issued by the police station, and the notarization office shall reserve one original copy.
