驾驶证公证 Notarization of driving license

公证目的：驾照公证是指公证机构根据当事人的申请，依法证明其机动车驾驶证（简称驾照）真实性的活动。

Purpose of notarization: It refers to an activity in which a notarization office proves the authenticity of the applicant's motor vehicle driving license (which is referred to as driving license) according to the laws.

1、申请人的有效身份证件。

1. A valid ID card of the applicant.

2、如需委托他人代办，提供受托人的身份证件，手写委托书（写明因何原因委托谁办理何种公证，本人签名，原件或传真件均可）。

2. If the applicant needs to entrust to proceed with the notarization for him/her, the applicant shall provide the ID card of the entrustee, a hand-written power of attorney (indicating for what reason, who is entrusted to proceed with what kind of notarization, signed by the applicant, an original copy or a fax can be accepted).

3、机动车驾驶证正（正反面）、副本。

3. Original and duplicated copies of the driving license (front and back sides).

4、如果您所提供的证据材料不严谨、不完整，不能准确证明所办公证事项时，请根据公证员要求补充证明材料。

4. If the evidentiary materials you provide are not rigorous and complete, and cannot correctly prove the notarized issues, please supplement the evidentiary materials based on the requirements of the notary staff.

注：如果机动车驾驶证颁发地不是北京，还需提供申请人北京户口簿。非京籍的申请人需提供在北京一年以上且在有效期内的暂住证或北京市工作居住证。如果机动车驾驶证颁发地是北京，不受此条限制。

Notes: If the driving license is not issued in Beijing, the applicant's household register shall also be provided. An applicant not registered as a permanent resident of Beijing needs to provide a valid temporary residence permit proving residence in Beijing for over a year or a work residence permit of Beijing. The applicant is not subject to this limitation if his/her driving license is issued in Beijing.
